Terms of service

Last updated 2 August 2026.

These terms cover this website and everything published on it. Individual games and apps add their own terms where they need to.

The short version

1. Agreeing to these terms

Using this website or any software from it means these terms apply. If you do not accept them, please do not use the software.

2. What you are getting

Free software, made by one person in their own time, offered at no cost. There is no fee, no subscription, no advertising, and nothing that can be bought inside any of it. In‑game currency is earned by playing, has no real‑world value, cannot be bought or sold, and is not property.

3. Accounts

Some software needs an account. Keep your password to yourself, use one you do not use elsewhere, and do not sign in as someone else. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You may delete your account whenever you like — see the privacy policy. An account may be suspended or removed for the behaviour in the next section, and where that happens you will be told why.

4. Fair use

Do not:

This is a small community. Being deliberately unpleasant to other people is the fastest way to lose access.

5. Availability

Servers run on modest hardware paid for personally. There is no uptime guarantee: services may be interrupted for maintenance, may break, and could in principle be discontinued. Reasonable notice will be given before anything is shut down for good, so that people can be told rather than simply finding it gone.

6. No warranty

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is not guaranteed to be free of faults, nor fit for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk. Keep your own backups of anything you care about.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from using this software, including lost data or lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where you live may give you consumer rights that cannot be signed away. Nothing here removes those.

8. Intellectual property

The software, its name and its artwork remain the developer’s. You may use and share the software freely, unmodified, at no charge. Do not sell it, pass it off as your own, or bundle it into something you charge for without asking first.

Third‑party assets used in these projects, including sound recordings, remain the property of their creators and are used under their own licences.

9. Installing outside the app stores

Several apps must be sideloaded rather than installed from the App Store or Google Play. Instructions are provided, but your device and its operating system are yours: follow them at your own discretion, and understand that sideloaded apps may need periodic reinstallation.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date at the top will change with them, and any significant change will be announced in the software before it takes effect. Continuing to use the software after that means the new terms apply.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms go to the developer — see how to get in touch.
