Privacy policy
Last updated 2 August 2026.
This policy covers this website and everything published on it. Each game and app also has its own page setting out exactly what that particular one stores, because they differ.
The short version
- Data is stored only to make the software work — mainly so an account and its progress still exist tomorrow.
- Nothing is sold, rented, or handed to advertisers or data brokers. Ever.
- There are no adverts, no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third‑party cookies.
- You can ask for your data, or ask for all of it to be deleted, and that will be done.
- If this policy changes in a way that matters, you will be told before it takes effect.
Who is responsible
These are independent hobby projects run by one person, publishing under the name MadnessInnsmouth. There is no company behind them, and no commercial interest in your data.
This website
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. It loads nothing from any other company — no fonts, scripts or images from elsewhere — so simply reading these pages does not expose you to any third party.
The web server keeps standard access logs: the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser’s user agent string. These exist to keep the server running and to spot abuse. They are not used to build a profile of anyone, are not combined with game accounts, and are discarded on the server’s normal log rotation schedule.
The live server status and leaderboard shown on the Games page come from the game’s own data on the same machine. They display player names, levels and scores — a public leaderboard is part of playing — and nothing else. No email address ever appears on the website.
What is never done
- Your data is never sold or rented.
- It is never shared with advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies.
- It is never used to profile or target you.
- No software here reads your files, contacts, location, camera or microphone except where that is the whole point of the app — and where it is, that app’s own policy says so plainly.
Where data is kept
Game account data sits on a single virtual server hosted with Google Cloud in the United States. Google provides the machine; they are not given access to the data for their own purposes. Nothing is stored anywhere else, and there are no other companies in the chain.
Security
Passwords are never stored as text. Each is stored as a salted hash, so the stored value cannot be turned back into your password. This website is served only over HTTPS.
Being honest about the limits: this is a hobby project maintained by one person, not a company with a security team. Please use a password you do not use anywhere else. Any specific weaknesses in a particular piece of software are stated on its own policy page rather than glossed over.
Children
None of this is aimed at children under 13, and accounts are not knowingly created for them. If you believe a child has created an account, ask and it will be deleted.
Your rights over your data
You can ask, at any time, to:
- see everything stored about you;
- have anything incorrect corrected;
- have your account and all its data permanently deleted.
You do not have to give a reason, and asking will never disadvantage you. Requests are handled personally, normally within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If anything here changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change actually affects you — new data being collected, or data being used for a new purpose — you will be told directly: announced in the software itself and noted on this page before it takes effect, not quietly slipped in afterwards.
Contact
For anything in this policy, including data and deletion requests, contact the developer. Inside Frontline you can reach the developer account directly. A dedicated email address for privacy requests is being set up and will be published here.
