Games and apps you don’t have to see.
I’m MadnessInnsmouth. I’m vision impaired and I use a screen reader, so accessibility here isn’t a feature bolted on at the end — it’s the only way I can test my own work.
I build this for the love of it, in my own time. Everything is free.
What that means in practice
-
Everything is keyboard driven
No action needs a mouse, and nothing is hidden behind a gesture you have to see to find.
-
Everything speaks
Screen readers are supported properly. Where a screen reader isn’t running, the software speaks for itself.
-
Sound carries real information
In the games, audio is the interface rather than decoration — direction, distance and terrain are all in what you hear.
The short version
Free, no adverts, no trackers, and nothing about you is sold. Accounts exist so your progress follows you between sessions, and that is all they are for — see the privacy policy for exactly what is kept.
Because these are hobby projects rather than store releases, the mobile apps have to be sideloaded. Instructions for each one are coming.
